- Processing Time: Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our production systems within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request.

3. Data Storage and Deletion
When you request the deletion of your account, we are committed to removing your personal data. Here is what you can expect:
What is Deleted: The deletion process will permanently remove all personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Educational information such as your class and board.
- The history of your interactions with our AI chats and AI voice features.
Data Retention: Please be aware that while your data is deleted from our live databases, residual copies may remain in our backup systems for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) before being permanently erased. This is a standard practice for disaster recovery purposes.
Anonymized Data: We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you for analytical and research purposes to improve our services.
Legal Compliance: In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some of your information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. If this is the case, we will inform you of the data that cannot be deleted and the reasons for its retention.
4. Google Play Store Compliance
This account deletion process is designed to comply with the Google Play Store's policies. As required, users can request account deletion without needing to be logged into the app. For users who have uninstalled the app, this policy will be accessible via a web link from our Data safety section on the Google Play Store listing.
5. Important Considerations
- Permanent Action: Please be aware that account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, you will lose all your progress and history within the "First Rank" app, and your account cannot be recovered.
- Subscriptions: If you have any active subscriptions through the Google Play Store, deleting your "First Rank" account will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manage your subscriptions directly through your Google Play account settings.
